Church School

Church School is specifically designed for children from age 3 through 5th grade. Youngsters experience the presence of God by coming together in a worshipful environment and participating through prayer, song, stories, object lessons, and other experiences using a variety of learning styles. Children come to view their worship time as something that happens in a safe place where the love of Christ is felt and implemented through competent and compassionate teachers.

Church School is held throughout the school year during the regular 10:30 am Sunday service. Children start with their parents in the sanctuary, then are dismissed with their worship leaders following the "Word with the Children" to attend Church School.

On Communion Sundays, before the services children are taken directly to Church School by their parents. They participate in their regular Church School activities, and are returned to their families before the end of the service. This allows them to participate in communion if their families so choose.
