Property Maintenance Committee
Purpose:
To manage issues related to the maintenance and improvement of church owned
property.
Membership

A minimum of five members two of these members will be currently serving Session members, one serving as Moderator

Non Session members will be appointed by Committee Moderator with Session approval

While expertise in matters related to building and property maintenance, budgeting and insurance is helpful, it is not a requirement to serve on the Property Maintenance Committee.

An interest and devotion to the preservation and maintenance of our historic facility Is a requirement for serving.

Membership is limited to serving six consecutive years.

Ex officio members include Head of Staff and Building Superintendent.
Meetings
- Meetings held at 4PM the Third Monday of each month
- Property Maintenance Meeting minutes will be prepared and reviewed at each Session meeting

year-to-date budget review is included in each meeting agenda
